Jesse Sartain must be stopped. He is a flim-flam man who sells air, yet constantly employs desperate people, works them like dogs, then refuses to pay them what they are owed. The San Francisco court system is quite familiar with him, as people sue him every day, in this town.
And yet, he goes on. He uses Craigslist to find new employees, and upon hiring them, he begins to drive them slowly insane with his maniacal, unpredictable, unprincipled behavior. He is abusive, abrasive, conniving, and devoid of all morals and ethics.
He's not even a real chef! He is a faker who is being hounded by the IRS and perhaps international authorities. He cannot control himself in public, he is rude and sexist, he is also a pervert, and has been repeatedly seen shouting at women on the street.
He is alleged to have dislocated the arm of a judge in SF, though he was seemingly not prosecuted. His legs were broken by a loan shark.
